  • Review of antecedents, attitude, and energy levels
  • Collection of personal records, Aadhar, PAN, proof of address, etc. During induction, personal hygiene mentoring is done to increase the level of appearance at the client’s premises
  • 2/3 days with the existing lot to understand post wise responsibility Involvement of Branch team during:
    • Overlapping
    • Frisking
    • Crowd Management (Video based Training)
  • CLIENT ORIENTATION : The new hires are trained about the clients line of business, their expectations, value of the service being provided to them by the resource.
  • CLIENT SITE FAMILIARIZATION: Before being released for the onsite role, the resources are taken to the onsite, made to see, understand the processes, environment.
